Togetherness

When Seth and I got married, our friend gave a tidbit of wisdom that has stuck with us over the years. "May you know the joy of togetherness". I can honestly say that through our ups and downs, this is something we have guarded. Our joy of being together. These last couple of months, we haven't had much of a chance to be together. So the joy started dwindling slowly but surely.
This last weekend we remedied this by going away for the night. We booked a room here.
In the Castaway Isle suite. Who doesn't like their bed in a boat stuck in a tree? We had dinner here. And then played here.
Looks like we got that joy back after all.

I am so glad that you guys finally got away! (and uber jelous too...) That was a very long couple months- which I can relate to all too well! Amazing how just a few days together can change so much! Suddenly I'm not pissed about the stupid little things that had seemed like such a big deal a few days before.
