On the way to Arkansas this past weekend, I began seeing enormous billboards advertising this place as the most Beautiful Place in the World. Seriously? In the world? Is it really prepared to take on the coastal resorts of the Caribbean or the European museums housing artistic greats or the French and Italian countrysides?
Giverny, France...Hawaii...New Zealand...and Carthage, Missouri...
